Please read the questions below before contacting the district about your application. Questions are grouped into categories to help you find information quickly.

Q:Can I save my incomplete application and return to complete it at a later time?A:Yes. You may logout of your application at any time and return later. When you are ready to complete your application, enter your username and password and you will be allowed to continue your application if the job posting is still open.Back to TopQ:How do I apply for a job?A:Once you find a job you would like to apply for simply click on the title of the job (e.g. "Maintenance Technician"). Then you will review a description of the job and click on the Apply for This Position button. At this point you will either need to login to an existing account you have already created of create a new account. To create a new account click on Create A New Account And Apply For This Position button. Then answer the on-screen questions to create an account. You must complete all required fields and click the "Save and Submit" button at the end of the application. When your application is successfully submitted, you will receive a Confirmation Number. You can use this confirmation number to reference a specific application.Back to TopQ:Is there a way of being notified when a position becomes available?A:You can sign up to get weekly job alerts sent to your email. You sign up for this on the general openings tab.Back to TopQ:What should I do if I have problems with Gallup Teacher Insight?A:If you are having any problems completing the Gallup Teacher Insight profile please contact Gallup customer support at Client_Support_Team@Gallup.com.Back to TopQ:I can't find the Gallup survey on the web site.A:Once you have submitted your application, if you go into the tab to check your application status you should find the link to the Gallup survey there.Back to TopQ:Am I required to take the Teacher Insight assessment?A:If you have applied for a certificated position you must complete the Teacher Insight assessment to move forward in the application process. Once your application has been submitted you will find a link to the Teacher Insight under the "application status" tab in School Recruiter.Back to TopQ:If I don't remember my username and password can I create another School Recruiter account?A:It is preferred that you only have one School Recruiter account. Please click on "I forgot my username and password" and you will be asked for your email address. Then you will receive your information via email to reset your password. Q:What types of files do you accept for Resume, Cover Letter, Letters of Reference etc?A:All files attached to your application must be in .txt, .rtf, .pdf, .docx, or .doc format. If you need to upload an image or scan, you must convert it to pdf or place it into a Word doc file.Back to Top

Q:How do I check the status of my application?A:Log into your account and then click on the Application Status tab. If you have already applied for a job it will be listed under the Current Applications section. If you want to view additional details about the job you applied for click on the Details link associated with the job. If you have applied for jobs in the past that have been filled, it will be listed in the Previous Applications section.Back to TopQ:Is this a secure website, and is my data secure?A:Yes. All data transfers use 128-bit or 256-bit encryption depending on your computer's capabilities. This is the same type of encryption used for most online banking transactions.Back to TopQ:I forgot my username or password. How can I retrieve it?A:From the main job listings page, click the link "I Forgot My Password." Enter your email address into the box and your information will be sent to that email address.Back to TopQ:I am looking and your current vacancies and am curious what is implied by "possible" on some job postings?A:When a vacancy is listed as a "possible" opening it means we are preparing for anticipated openings. Those vacancies materialize when a position is vacated or when the need for an additional position arises.Back to TopQ:I received a job with another district, how do I take my name off the e-mail forwards of job openings?A:Click on the "sign up for job alerts" and a box will pop up asking for your email address. After you enter your email and submit, another prompt will show stating that you are signed up and under that will state "remove me from the list". When you click on the remove, you will be prompted to enter you email address. This process will remove you from the job alerts.
